Use of the Services does not guarantee approval for any insurance policy, availability of coverage, specific premiums/limits/policy terms, or issuance/renewal/continuation of any policy. All insurance decisions are made by insurers, underwriters, or licensed producers, as applicable.

You agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete, and to update it as needed. You are responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information you submit.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSUREPOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSUREPOT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID INSUREPOT (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InsurePot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
